The penthouse - beach flat with pool and parking area has a prime location. Your holiday complex is directly opposite the white, fine-sand beach of Sa Coma. The private entrance to your wonderful pool area is located on the palm-lined beach promenade. Enjoy the dreamlike view of palm trees and the huge pool on the sunny balcony of your penthouse flat. From the communal roof terrace you have a 360 degree panoramic view and pure sunshine all day long. The large private communal car park is easily accessible through an electric gate and is "worth its weight in gold" as it is opposite the beach.

The penthouse flat has an open kitchen which leads into the living room with pull-out sofa, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and extractor fan. The living room and bedroom are each equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) and a ceiling fan with integrated lamp. The flat is sold fully furnished. A washing machine and a microwave are also available. SAT-TV is available in several languages, also in German, English, Spanish. Fast fibre-optic internet ( 1,000 MB / S ) is already in the complex and only needs to be laid in the flat.
Location:
Situated on the white sandy beach in Sa Coma. All shops for daily needs, cafes, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, doctors are in the immediate vicinity. The sandy beach is bordered by a huge peninsula which divides the beaches of Sa Coma and Cala Millor. Sa Coma is 55 minutes by car from Palma Airport on the east coast of Mallorca. From Sa Coma, excursion boats leave for Cala Ratjada and Porto Cristo. Sa Coma has many tennis courts, a modern fitness centre, water sports, horse ranch, driving range, 4 golf courses within a radius of 10 kilometres, as well as good year-round shopping facilities such as the Carrefour market and a state medical centre and pharmacies.
Miscellaneous:
It is on the beach of Sa Coma the only private holiday complex with its own pool and its own large parking area for owners only. However, it is not a registered numbered car park, but the general car park. A lift takes you to the top floor to your penthouse flat, from where you enjoy a fantastic view. The resort is very professionally managed by a multilingual competent property management ( German, English, Spanish ).
